Henan Xuanrui Cross border E-commerce Industrial Park is a provincial-level e-commerce demonstration park established in July 2019. It is located in Zone A of Zhengzhou Economic and Technological Development Comprehensive Bonded Zone, with a planned area of 50000 square meters and an office area of 28000 square meters. With the strong support and guidance of the Zhengzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee and Zhengzhou Economic and Technological Development Comprehensive Bonded Zone Management Committee, it is a new demonstration industrial park planned and designed by the Henan Network Marketing Association.

The park actively responds to the national "the Belt and Road" strategy, takes live broadcast e-commerce and cross-border e-commerce as the "driving wheel", grabs new business forms, new models and new outlets of cross-border e-commerce development, and highly integrates cross-border e-commerce, live broadcast e-commerce, emerging technologies, supply chain, talent training, commercial services and other industries in the whole industrial chain.
